What devices does Brook provide to my patients?
Devices provided depend on the conditions being managed.
Can include one or more of the following:
• Glucose meter (for T2DM)
• Scale (for CHF and Obesity)
• Blood pressure monitor (for HTN)
Devices will be shipped directly to the patient at no cost to the patient or the clinic.
